Registering is a three step process:

1. Fill in the online form below and make your $5 payment via credit card.
2. We will then send you a confirmation letter via snail mail.
   That letter will contain a web address and a PIN Code.
3. When you recieve the letter follow the directions and you will be sucessfully registered.
